Designed an ambitious 8-year redevelopment strategy to transition the portfolio from “Brown to Green” ensuring the buildings meet the European Commission’s 2050 sustainability requirements, including energy efficiency and environmental impact.

Spearheaded the creation of a dedicated Task Force, engaging with all key administrations of the Brussels Region, to collaboratively develop a comprehensive and customized master plan for the successful execution of these transformative projects.

With the European Commission portfolio, Whitewood aims to redefine the Leopold District by integrating high-quality office and residential buildings, transforming a significant part of the area into a vibrant, mixed-use environment—a vision we call Urban Glow.
