Whitewood’s Logistics department provides asset management services to third-party investors, primarily private equity firms.

Acting as the investors’ local, hands-on partner, we manage their logistics portfolios and take responsibility for both the commercialperformance and technicaloptimization of the assets. Our objective is to bring each property up to current market and energy-efficiency standards.

While this does not necessarily involve a complete redevelopment, we carry out targeted renovations and technical upgrades that improve the building’s quality, sustainability, and long-term value.
