Located at the heart of Brussels’ business district, Manhattan is a 68,000 m² landmark building designed to meet the needs of today’s companies. Every detail has been carefully considered: a distinctive design, sustainable features, premium amenities, a strategic location, and reliable connectivity.

As a passive building, it has already achieved carbon neutrality in its construction and is now targeting carbon neutrality in its operations. Our next milestone is within reach: BREEAM Excellent certification.
Generous and versatile parking facilities
The building offers three underground levels with 640 parking spaces, including charging stations for electric vehicles. In addition, a dedicated bicycle parking area with 200 spaces is available, complete with lockers, changing rooms, and direct street access from Rue des Croisades.
Pure air
Manhattan is the first building in Europe to achieve an AirScore Platinum certification, a distinction awarded to only 5% of all buildings worldwide.
The transformation of Manhattan has reached zero-waste standards in construction.
Designed with sustainability in mind, the building has been granted an EPC A certification and is aiming for BREEAM Excellent. Energy efficiency is already a proven success, with consumption reduced by 30%.
