A new chapter for Property Management at Whitewood

We are pleased to share an important evolution within our Property Management activities.
Colliers Property Management Belgium (CPMB) has signed an agreement to transfer its Property Management operations to Whitewood Property Management (WWPM).
This move reflects a broader evolution in the real estate sector, where consolidating portfolios allows teams to strengthen expertise, enhance efficiency, and continuously raise service quality for clients.

👉 By joining forces with a strong and highly reputable player such as WWPM, we are confident that clients will benefit from deepened know-how and outstanding service standards.
As part of this transition, all supplier contracts, management tools and systems, as well as the entire Property Management team, are joining Whitewood Property Management.
