NORTH LIGHT - POLE STAR Brussels

North Light–Pole Star is a prominent complex comprising two towers with a combined area of 76,000 m².

Completed in 2011 and 2014, the buildings are relatively modern and not yet due for a full redevelopment strategy.

Following the gradual departure of Engie, the primary occupant, the asset now presents an opportunity—and a challenge—to reposition the property for a new single tenant.
