Regent 43, 45 and 47 are three office buildings located on Boulevard du Régent in central Brussels. Each property presents its own architectural character while maintaining consistent standards in construction quality, occupant comfort, and modern workplace functionality.

Situated in the European Quarter, the buildings are close to key institutional landmarks, including the Royal Palace, Parc de Bruxelles, and several European Union institutions. This location provides excellent accessibility and visibility within one of Brussels’ main administrative and diplomatic areas.
Environmental, social and governance (ESG) principles are integrated throughout the development. The project emphasizes energy efficiency, responsible sourcing of materials, and long-term building durability. Design strategies aim to reduce environmental impact and support occupant well-being. Social considerations include inclusive design and engagement with the local community, while governance measures focus on transparency, quality control, and sustainable value creation.

Bold and forward-looking, Regent 47 stands as a statement of innovation and prestige, designed for dynamic businesses at the forefront of their field.
A high-impact refurbishment plan is underway, targeting BREEAM Outstanding and EPC A certifications, aligning the building with the highest ESG standards. Works began with demolition in August 2024 and are on track for completion by Q1 2026.

Each building has achieved a PEB A rating or above, underscoring their exceptional energy performance. This not only demonstrates strong environmental credentials, but also ensures long-term operational efficiency for discerning tenants.
