Project Manager - 5 to 10 years of experience
Whitewood is looking for a Project Manager with good experience managing real estate projects from end to end.
In this key role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the various stakeholders involved in each project, ensuring effective communication and alignment at every stage.
We expect you to be able to manage multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining high performance and attention to detail.
You will oversee the full lifecycle of project delivery, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines, staying within budget, and maintaining high quality standards.
From planning and monitoring key project phases to managing budgets and financial forecasts, you will play a central role in keeping projects on track.
You will also organize and coordinate site visits in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and ensure quality control throughout the process.
Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing clear, comprehensive reports for both internal teams and external investors.
Your Profile
You have an Architect or Engineering degree (Civil, Construction).
You’re available to start ASAP.
You have 5 to 10 years of experience in project management.
You are self-motivated and resilient, with a proven ability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
You are an excellent planner with exceptional organization and multitasking skills.
You are solid at writing and have both analytical and reporting abilities.
You are fluent in French. Knowledge of English and Dutch are a plus.
