At Whitewood, we’re looking for a Junior Analyst to join our Asset Management team in Brussels and contribute to the management of both office and logistics assets.

In this diverse role, you’ll be closely involved in the financial, operational and commercial side of real estate asset management:

📈 Analyse financial & operational data across our portfolio

📝 Prepare clear reports and ad-hoc analyses for investors and stakeholders

🤝 Support communication with investors, partners and internal teams

🏢 Contribute to the execution and follow-up of commercial business plans

🔎 Monitor market data and asset performance

💡 Support strategic decisions around leasing, positioning and value creation

Who are we looking for?

You hold a Master’s degree in Finance, have strong analytical and financial skills, and feel comfortable working with financial models.You’re proactive, organised, eager to take ownership and enjoy working in a collaborative environment. Fluency in Dutch or French, combined with an excellent command of the other national language and English, is key.An interest in real estate is definitely a plus — but above all, we’re looking for someone curious, motivated and ready to learn. 🌱
