At Whitewood, we’re looking for a Project Developer to join our Development team and help shape projects from concept through delivery.

Working closely with our Development Director, Technical Project Manager and external partners, you’ll play a key role across the full development process:

🏙️ Contribute to project vision, programme & design

📑 Coordinate environmental & building permit applications

🤝 Manage relationships with authorities, consultants & project partners

📊 Follow up on budgets, planning, feasibility & key milestones

💡 Support the commercial positioning and value proposition of our projects

🌱 Help ensure our developments are aligned with Whitewood’s sustainability ambitions

Who are we looking for?

Someone structured, proactive and solution-oriented, with a strong understanding of real estate development and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities.
You bring at least 5 years of relevant experience in real estate development, project management, architecture or a related field — and you’re comfortable working in Dutch, French and English.
