As Whitewood continues to grow, so does our AIFM platform.

We are looking for a Valuation Manager to join Whitewood AIFM in Brussels - a senior position combining real estate expertise, independent judgement and genuine influence within our organisation.

Beyond valuation, this is an opportunity to take ownership of a key function within our regulated investment management platform and join the Executive Committee as Conducting Officer.

𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲?
You will oversee our real estate valuation framework and ensure a robust, consistent and independent approach across our investment portfolio.

Among other things, you will:
• Oversee and strengthen our valuation framework and processes
• Review and challenge valuations, market assumptions and methodologies
• Work closely with our investment, asset management and finance teams
• Be part of the Executive Committee as Conducting Officer
• Take ownership of valuation matters at Executive and Audit Committee level, providing relevant insights to the Board of Directors
• Help ensure our approach continues to meet the standards expected within an institutional and regulated environment

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿?

Someone with:
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Strong expertise in institutional real estate valuation, notably INREV
• Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to challenge constructively
• Professional fluency in Dutch, French and English
• The ability to combine technical rigour with a pragmatic, entrepreneurial mindset
Experience within an AIFM or Risk Management environment is a strong plus, as is an MRICS qualification and/or previous Fit & Proper assessment by an EU financial regulator.
